For strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, DUOS TRADE LIMITED maintains a firm non-returnable policy for all Elyune nail products. Once your order has been dispatched and transferred to the shipping carrier, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds under normal circumstances. The sole exception is if the item you receive is demonstrably defective or materially different from its online description. In such specific cases, you may be eligible to return the item strictly as outlined in our Terms of Purchase.
