Can't wait to receive your gorgeous new nail sets? We completely understand!
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email straight to your inbox, which will include your unique tracking number. (Please note: Depending on our current order volume, processing and dispatching your package may take between 3 to 7 business days.)
Once you have received your confirmation email, just follow these three easy steps to monitor your delivery status:
Step 1: Visit the Tracking Portal Head over to the global tracking website at: https://www.17track.net/en
Step 2: Enter Your Code Copy the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email and paste it directly into the search box on the page.
Step 3: Click "Track" Hit the "Track" button to see exactly where your package is in real-time!
📌 Important Things to Keep in Mind:

Delayed System Updates: Tracking numbers do not always update the exact second they are created. If you enter your code and it shows as "unavailable" or "not found," please do not panic! Your gorgeous nails are indeed on their way.

Carrier Scanning: It typically takes about 5 to 10 business days for the shipping carriers to scan your package and update the delivery status in their online system.
