To ensure global efficiency, your items may be shipped from our domestic fulfillment centers or directly from our dedicated manufacturing facilities located in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Once dispatched, standard transit time takes about 10 to 20 business days, depending on your local carrier and exact location. (Please note: Occasionally, transit times may be slightly extended due to unpredictable courier delays or mandatory customs clearance processes in your country.)

Q3: How do I track my order's journey?
The moment your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a detailed Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number. You can easily monitor your delivery status in real-time by entering that number on www.17track.net.
Q4: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! DUOS TRADE LIMITED proudly offers worldwide shipping. If, for any rare reason, our current logistics partners are unable to deliver to your specific region, our support team will contact you immediately to find a solution or adjust your order. Q5: Oh no, I made a mistake! Can I update my shipping address?
We understand that typos happen! If you need to change your delivery address, you must contact us at service@Elyune.com no later than 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day you placed the order. We will do our absolute best to update the details before the package is handed over to the courier.
Q6: Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Q7: What is your shipping schedule?
We process and dispatch packages exclusively during standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). If you treat yourself to some new nail sets on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be prioritized and shipped out the very next Monday.
